Working principles:
Independent liquid diesel combustion heater system
The heater defrosts, supplies heat to the cabin and reduces the abrasion of preheating the engine through the diesel heater’s heating the engine coolant by means of the watery circulations with the help of the compulsory water pump.
Applications:
This type of heater is widely used in the the starting, defrosting and heat acquisition of various buses, commercial vehicles, trucks, special vehicles, engineering vehicles using the water-cooled engine. Meanwhile, it can employ water (antifreeze liquid) circulation to supply heat and warmness to various shelters, food vehicles, street sprinklers, sanitary trucks and botany transportation vehicles.

It adopts the technique of the centrifugal atomization to render the most efficient combustion and the highest heat output.
Features:
1.compactness in structure, easy repairing and preservation.
2.It employs the single chip to achieve the full automatic control and retains the function of thermostat control. It can keep the temperature of the circulation liquid(antifreeze liquid) persistently lingering at 70°-80°to control the combustion of the heater and the cabin temperature.
3.It retains the protective function of over voltage, lower voltage motor, the short and open circuit of electro-magnetized valve and electric valve and electric glow plug to ensure the steady workings of the heater.
4. It uses the most compact burner structure and heat exchanger to ensure the highest combustion efficiency of the heater and lengthen its lifetime.
